Job summary

Total Homecare Services in Dubai seeks a skilled HVAC Technician experienced with Chilled Water and DX systems for residential properties. You will independently perform installation, replacement, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure safe, efficient operation across villas and apartments.

The role focuses on FCU and DX unit work, piping, valves, and basic electrical connections, with UAE experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma, ITI, trade certificate, or technical qualification in HVAC.
• UAE experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Chilled Water and DX systems; FCUs, valves, piping, and electrical connections.

Responsibilities

• Carry out FCU replacement, installation, and maintenance.
• Install and replace DX units.
• Replace actuator valves, gate valves, and strainers.
• Perform chilled water pipe replacement, modifications, and insulation works.
• Replace blower motors and complete plumbing connections.
• Handle electrical connections and basic troubleshooting.
• Diagnose and resolve faults in Chilled Water and DX air conditioning systems.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company standards.
