Job summary

M&H Technical Services LLC is seeking an experienced AC/HVAC Technician to join its Dubai team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair skills for residential and commercial projects, ensuring high-quality service and safety standards.

This role requires independence, strong diagnostic abilities, and the capacity to perform preventive maintenance. Immediate or short-notice joining candidates will be prioritized in this full-time position in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITI/Trade certificate in HVAC or related field.
• 3–5 years of AC/HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting experience.
• UAE driving license is mandatory; able to join on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, servicing, and maintenance of AC/HVAC systems.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to restore performance.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure reliability.
• Inspect systems and identify technical issues.
• Ensure maintenance work meets safety and quality standards.
• Maintain service records and report completed work accurately.
• Coordinate with the team to deliver timely maintenance services.
