Job summary

Every HR policy is a bridge between the company and its people, and the person who maintains that bridge needs to understand both sides. Tetris Advisory Hub, a French consulting firm with a growing presence in the UAE, is looking for an HR & Payroll Specialist to join its Dubai operations. This is a role for someone who takes pride in getting the details right, because in payroll and HR compliance, the details are everything.

This is a role for someone with at least two years of HR experience, with strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and previous UAE experience being essential. You will manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring that salaries, allowances, deductions, and end-of-service benefits are calculated correctly and paid on time. You will maintain accurate employee records, handle onboarding and offboarding documentation, and ensure that all HR practices comply with current UAE regulations. You will also support employee relations, answer queries related to payroll and benefits, and assist with HR reporting. If you are organised, discreet, and comfortable working with sensitive employee data, this role will suit you.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of two years of HR experience, with a focus on payroll and compliance. You have strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and practical experience with WPS, payroll processing, and employee documentation. You are proficient in HR systems and MS Excel, and you have excellent attention to detail. You are comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and communicating clearly with employees at all levels. Previous UAE experience is essential, as is a strong understanding of the local regulatory environment.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The salary range is AED 8,000 to AED 10,000 per month.
