Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai seeks an HR Coordinator with 3–5 years across HR functions, focusing on the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding. Lead end-to-end hiring, ensure NAFIS/Emiratisation compliance, and manage onboarding and daily HR operations.

Fluent English and Arabic is a plus; UAE Labour Law knowledge is essential. The role requires highly organized, reliable individuals eligible to work in the UAE; MS Office proficiency and HRIS experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years HR experience across most HR functions
• Proven expertise in full recruitment cycle processes
• Bachelor’s degree; fluent Arabic & English
• Proficient in MS Office; HRIS experience a plus
• Knowledge of UAE regulations, NAFIS, visa processing
• Highly organized, reliable, detail-oriented
• Eligible to work in UAE

Responsibilities

• Manage complete recruitment cycle — requisition → sourcing → screening → interviews → offers → onboarding
• Post vacancies, screen candidates, schedule interviews, maintain talent pipeline
• Prepare offers, contracts, and conduct reference checks
• Lead NAFIS portal management and Emiratisation compliance reporting
• Administer onboarding, visa processing, and employee record management
• Track attendance, leave, renewals, and support payroll/preparation
• Assist performance reviews, training, and offboarding
• Ensure UAE Labour Law compliance and confidentiality
