Job summary

RTC1 Recruitment Services is seeking an HR Assistant for a group of companies in Dubai, UAE. The role covers day-to-day HR operations, onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and attendance, while ensuring policy compliance.

You will handle end-to-end visa and immigration processes, Emirates ID, medical fitness, and liaise with PROs and authorities to maintain accurate records and timely renewals. A UAE HR background and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field with 2–3 years UAE HR admin experience.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and visa/work permit processes.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations: records, onboarding, offboarding, contracts, leave, attendance.
• Coordinate visa and immigration processes including Emirates ID and medical fitness.
• Ensure compliance with UAE employment regulations and maintain accurate trackers.
• Liaise with PROs and authorities to renew and cancel documents on time.
