Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily tasks of housekeeping staff.
• Train new employees on cleaning procedures and company standards.
• Oversee inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Ensure that all rooms and common areas are kept clean and tidy.
• Perform quality checks to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Address any guest complaints or requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain records of staff attendance, performance, and schedule changes.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
