Job summary

TransitPro Solutions in Sharjah is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily operations of housekeeping staff. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in Sharjah The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for cleanliness and be able to oversee the day-to-day operations of our housekeeping staff The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for training new staff maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and ensuring that all rooms and common areas are kept clean and organized This is a full-time job with a salary of 1100$ with accommodation provided Preference will be given to Indian nationals but all are welcome to apply Fluency in English is required This role also requires the candidate to have their own valid visa We welcome applications from women who have experience in housekeeping or related fields.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our establishment Your attention to detail and leadership skills will ensure that our guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Responsibilities

• Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures safety measures and customer service
• Supervise daily cleaning operations including room cleaning laundry services and common area maintenance
• Ensure that all rooms are properly stocked with necessary amenities such as toiletries and linens
• Keep track of inventory for cleaning supplies and place orders when needed
• Inspect rooms after cleaning to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met
• Address any guest complaints or requests relating to housekeeping services
• Collaborate with other departments such as front desk and maintenance to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Schedule shifts for housekeeping staff based on occupancy levels
• Conduct performance evaluations for housekeeping staff and provide feedback for improvement

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent additional education or training in hospitality management is preferred
• Proven work experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety standards
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English is required knowledge of other languages is a plus
• Must have own valid visa and be able to work full-time with accommodation provided
