Job summary

Flyper is seeking a Housekeeping Manager in Abu-Dhabi to oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations. The role requires experience of at least 1 year in a similar position and strong organizational skills to manage staff, schedules, and safety procedures.

You will ensure high standards of cleanliness, manage inventory for cleaning supplies, and train new staff while addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally. This on-site position offers growth in a dynamic hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management preferred but not required.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor housekeeping staff performance and take corrective action.
• Ensure all duties follow established procedures.
• Ensure supplies are stocked and available.
• Develop and enforce health and safety standards.
• Establish cleaning schedules for staff.
• Monitor quality of housekeeping services.
• Oversee cleaning supplies inventory and ordering.
