Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist hotel guests upon arrival and departure.
• Carry and handle guest luggage safely.
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel facilities.
• Assist guests with requests and provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with reception and housekeeping teams.
• Maintain the luggage area clean and organized.
• Support guest transportation arrangements when required.
