Job summary

Ejaz Technical Services LLC is seeking a Sales Executive in Dubai to sell glass rooms, pergolas, aluminium and glass works, fit-out, renovation, and landscaping services to villa owners and tenants across the UAE.

You will handle leads from social media, calls, and WhatsApp, generate new business, qualify clients, arrange meetings and site visits, prepare quotations, and close deals. The role requires strong English and CRM skills, with Arabic as a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with the ability to generate leads, manage follow-ups, negotiate, and close deals.
• Previous experience selling glass rooms, pergolas, fit-out, renovation, aluminium and glass works, or related home improvement services is highly preferred.
• Experience dealing directly with villa owners and tenants in the UAE.
• Ability to manage both company-provided leads and independently sourced prospects.
• Practical knowledge of CRM systems and a structured sales pipeline.
• Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to understand basic project dimensions, materials, specifications, and client requirements.
• Strong spoken and written English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Organised, proactive, and accountable for sales targets and timely follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads from social media campaigns, calls, and WhatsApp, responding promptly and professionally.
• Independently generate new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and direct outreach, maintaining an organised prospect list.
• Qualify clients by understanding their requirements, location, budget, decision-making process, and expected project timeline.
• Arrange client meetings and site visits, coordinating with the technical team to confirm project requirements.
• Coordinate quotation preparation, explain the proposed scope and specifications, and address client questions.
• Follow up consistently, handle objections, negotiate within company guidelines, and close deals.
• Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline: New → Contacted → Quotation Sent → Follow-up → Closed Won / Closed Lost.
• Record client discussions, next actions, follow-up dates, quotation values, and reasons for lost opportunities.
• Coordinate contracts, initial payments, and a clear handover to the project team.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and report regularly on leads, quotations, and confirmed projects.
