Job summary

Anix Global is seeking a Site Manager for a demanding high-rise project in the UAE. You will be on-site daily, directing trades, coordinating logistics, and driving the look-ahead schedule to ensure seamless construction progress.

You will lead safety adherence, coordinate with subcontractors and foremen, and report progress directly to the CEO. A Civil Engineering-related degree and 8–10 years of on-site leadership in high-rise builds are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• 8–10 years of site supervision on construction projects, with direct hands-on high-rise experience.
• Experience coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors on active high-rise sites.
• Familiarity with UAE construction sites, local safety practices, and labour regulations.

Responsibilities

• Run daily site execution — direct subcontractors and foremen on sequencing, manpower deployment, and work fronts.
• Own the daily/weekly look-ahead schedule — translate the master programme into ground reality.
• Coordinate site logistics — material staging, crane/hoist scheduling, site access, safety zoning.
• Act as first point of contact for on-site problem solving — clashes, access conflicts, immediate coordination decisions.
• Enforce day-to-day HSE compliance on site in coordination with the HSE officer.
• Coordinate directly with subcontractor foremen as the primary boots-on-the-ground management layer.
• Flag progress and delay risks directly to the CEO as issues arise.
• Escalate any quality, safety, or coordination issues immediately — including with Resident Engineer or main contractor.
• Walk the site multiple times daily; maintain a daily site log of activities, manpower, and issues.
