Job summary

Talent Bridge HR Consultancy Dubai is seeking a visionary Head of Education to spearhead learning and development initiatives in Dubai. Lead the design and delivery of education programs across the foundation, shaping a high-performance culture through innovative learning strategies.

The role requires a Masters in HR or Education, 5+ years in a leadership position in L&D, and a data-driven approach to measure training impact.

Qualifications

Masters degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role in learning and development.
Proven track record designing and implementing training programs.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with learning management systems (LMS).
Data-driven approach to measuring training effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive education and training strategy.
Design and deliver learning programs across the foundation's colleges and schools.
Identify training needs nationally and develop programs to address them.
Build and lead a high-performing learning and development team.
Develop and manage the education and training budget.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in L&D.
