Job summary

Roasters Specialty Coffee House in Dubai is seeking a Head Chef to oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring top-quality and consistent presentation that complements our specialty coffee concept.

This on-site role involves menu design, staff leadership, inventory control, and collaboration with BAR teams to create seasonal pairings and launches. The Head Chef will report to Brand Chef and drive culinary standards in a fast-paced cafe-style setting.

Qualifications

• Strong culinary expertise with senior kitchen leadership experience.
• Menu development and food innovation aligned with brand.
• Kitchen operations management including scheduling.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Inventory, purchasing, and cost-control skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration with FOH and management.
• Willingness to work full-time on-site in Dubai, including weekends.
• Relevant culinary education or certifications; experience with specialty coffee is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Manage inventory and supplier relationships.
• Control food costs and monitor waste.
