Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Head Chef, Executive Chef, or Senior Sous Chef.
• Culinary training or a relevant professional qualification is preferred.
• Strong leadership, team development, and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent knowledge of menu planning, food preparation, and presentation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring efficient daily operations and consistent food quality.
• Develop creative menus, seasonal specials, and new dishes aligned with the restaurant’s concept.
