Qualifications
- Relevant fitness qualification and proven branch operations experience.
- Based in UAE (Dubai) and eligible to work in the UAE.
- Fluent Arabic (spoken and written) required.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding targets in fitness or health clubs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of branch operations and staff management.
- Lead member engagement, revenue generation and facility maintenance.
- Coach and develop team with regular performance feedback.
- Drive membership growth through sales initiatives and marketing.
