thefitstaff in Dubai seeks a Female Gym Branch Manager to lead our flagship location, managing operations, staff and the member experience. You will drive membership growth, oversee daily facilities, and partner with department heads to ensure smooth operations.

We seek an experienced leader with fitness qualifications, strong Arabic proficiency, and a proven track record of hitting targets. The role offers visa support, flight allowance, annual leave, medical insurance, and a 48-hour week

Qualifications

• Relevant fitness qualification and proven branch operations experience.
• Based in UAE (Dubai) and eligible to work in the UAE.
• Fluent Arabic (spoken and written) required.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding targets in fitness or health clubs.

The Role:

We're looking for a dedicated, experienced Female Gym Branch Manager to lead our Dubai location. You'll manage branch operations, lead a talented team, and create a standout member experience that drives membership growth.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including staff management, member engagement, revenue generation and facility maintenance
• Keep the facility clean, safe and well organised every day
• Coach your team, give regular performance feedback and support their professional development
• Build a positive, inclusive culture based on teamwork, accountability and excellent service
• Develop strategies to improve member engagement, satisfaction and retention
• Build strong relationships with members through personal interactions, and handle enquiries, concerns and feedback promptly and professionally
• Plan and run sales and marketing initiatives to grow memberships and personal training sales
• Set and achieve revenue targets, track KPIs and maximise profitability
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and member feedback to spot opportunities for growth
• Create maintenance schedules and procedures that keep equipment running with minimal downtime
• Work closely with department heads to keep operations running smoothly
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, industry standards and company policies
• Manage budgets, control costs and find opportunities for savings and efficiencies

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience managing branch operations in the fitness industry, with a record of meeting or exceeding targets
• A recognised Personal Training or Group Exercise qualification
• Strong team leadership skills and the ability to motivate a diverse team of fitness professionals and support staff
• Excellent customer experience skills and a welcoming, supportive style
• Experience with membership retention strategies and keeping satisfaction and loyalty high
• Strong staff training and development skills
• The ability to plan and deliver sales initiatives that grow membership and revenue
• Good knowledge of industry regulations and legal and safety standards
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Fluent Arabic (spoken and written)
• Currently based in the UAE
• A humble, knowledgeable and experienced leader

Package:

• Salary: AED 12,000 – 15,000 per month
• Quarterly incentive, plus commission on group exercise and personal training sessions you deliver, on top of your salary
• Employment visa provided
