Job summary

ESLY Signature Gold Trading LLC seeks a General Accountant with gold trading experience to manage day‑to‑day accounting, inventory valuation, and financial reporting. You will handle end‑to‑end bookkeeping, reconcile physical stock with records, and support AML/CFT compliance.

Requirements: bachelor’s degree in accounting, minimum 3 years in a gold trading company, hands‑on with Orosoft Technovating Metals, strong Excel, and UAE resident eligible for on‑site Dubai work.

Qualifications

• Gold Trading Company accounting experience – MANDATORY
• Hands-on experience with Orosoft Technovating Metals software – MANDATORY
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
• Strong Excel skills and financial analysis
• UAE VAT and Corporate Tax knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping.
• Maintain accurate daily financial records.
• Perform daily gold inventory reconciliation between physical stock and accounting records.
• Record and reconcile gold purchases, sales, stock movements, and inventory valuation.
• Monitor gold pricing and related financial transactions.
• Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
• Assist with UAE VAT (5%) calculations, reconciliations, and filing.
• Assist with UAE Corporate Tax (9%) compliance.
• Prepare financial documents for external audits.
• Maintain records for high-value gold transactions.
• Support AML/CFT compliance requirements.
