Job summary

NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants is seeking a General Affairs Manager to oversee GA operations for the Dubai office and regional activities across the Middle East & Africa. You will manage facilities, safety, assets, leases, government relations, vendors, budgets, and process improvements.

The role requires 6+ years in general affairs within multinational environments, a Bachelor’s degree, strong MS 365 skills, and fluent English. UAE free zone familiarity (DIFC/JAFZA) is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in General Affairs or related roles in multinational settings.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience with facilities, leases, budgets, and HSE.
• Familiarity with UAE free zones (DIFC/JAFZA) is an advantage.
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Office & Facility Management including daily operations, maintenance and services.
• Lead Health, Safety & Security (HSE) programs, training, drills, and risk assessments.
• Manage lease & workplace projects, relocations, fit-outs, renewals, and documentation.
• Administer assets, residences, vehicles, and related records and processes.
• Coordinate government & corporate administration with relevant bodies and departments.
• Oversee procurement, budgeting, vendor contracts, invoicing and approvals.
• Coordinate regional GA activities across MEA and HQ with reports and dashboards.
• Provide general administrative support and backup during peak periods.
