Decision Management Consultants LLC in Dubai recruits a Retention/Conversion Agent for a client operating in the Forex industry. The role focuses on converting and retaining traders, driving deposit growth and maintaining high service standards.

Based on a fast-paced, regulated financial environment, the successful candidate will handle onboarding, KYC guidance, and ongoing client engagement, with UK client experience valued and on-site work in Dubai required.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in retention, re-activation, conversion, sales or client recovery.
• Forex CFD or trading experience is a strong advantage.
• Strong ethical mindset with excellent closing skills.
• Performance-driven, willing to work on-site in Dubai.
• Ability to manage high-value UK clients and generate strong deposit volumes.
• British nationals are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Contact leads within minutes of their registration.
• Guide clients through the registration process, KYC document upload, and their first deposit.
• Build long-term relationships with clients.
• Encourage active traders to increase their equity/balance to trade larger volumes.
• Provide daily market updates, technical analysis, and alerts on high-volatility events.
• Reconnect with and engage existing or inactive clients.
