Transguard Workforce Solutions in the UAE invites a seasoned Project Manager - Fit Out to join our client in Dubai. You will lead end-to-end fit-out projects from initiation through handover, coordinating with Corporate Real Estate, Facilities, IT and external partners to ensure on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.

The role reports to the COO's support service function and requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a track record of delivering complex

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing commercial fit-out projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, regulations, and approvals.
• Proven ability to lead multiple complex projects on time and within budget.
• Proficient in MS Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD.

Aufgaben

• Manage fit-out projects from initiation to handover.
• Coordinate with Corporate Real Estate, Facilities, IT, Security.
• Develop and track project plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Monitor site activities for progress, quality, safety, and risk.
• Provide regular updates and dashboards to senior management.
• Ensure project documentation is properly established and maintained.
• Oversee financial reporting and cost control.
