Job summary

Project Management Institute, Inc. in Dubai seeks an organized Fit-Out Project Coordinator to support the coordination and execution of fit-out projects. You will handle site activities, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and integration of architectural/MEP works to ensure on-time delivery with quality.

The role requires hands-on exposure to site coordination and strong communication with internal teams, suppliers, and consultants to meet project milestones and handover deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 2-4 years of fit-out/site coordination experience (UAE preferred).
• Experience in commercial, retail, hospitality, or healthcare fit-out projects.
• Ability to read construction drawings, specifications, and BOQs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute assigned fit-out projects on site.
• Prepare and update project schedules to track timelines.
• Coordinate site activities, manpower, materials, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor progress against the approved program and report delays.
• Ensure works comply with drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and management for smooth execution.
• Attend site meetings with clients and consultants.
• Oversee snagging, handover and project closure activities.
