Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai seeks a Finance Assistant / Finance Coordinator / Finance Executive to join our Finance Department. You will support daily accounting activities, manage invoices, payments, reconciliations, and reporting processes, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor's in Finance or related field, 2–5+ years of experience, and strong Excel skills. UAE/GCC experience and professional certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Finance or related field.
• 2–5+ years of relevant finance or accounting experience.
• Good understanding of AP, AR, invoicing, and financial documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily finance and accounting tasks including invoices, receipts, payments, and filing.
• Coordinate finance-related requests and reconciliations with internal/external teams.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, expense tracking, and management reporting.
• Support budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial analysis.
• Ensure document control and confidentiality.
