Job summary

Global Consulting (GC) is hiring for a client in Dubai, UAE for Event Attendants, Hosts, Guest Relations Associates and support staff. Roles cover corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, luxury events, weddings, galas, private parties and product launches. Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome.

We seek confident, friendly individuals to welcome guests, manage registrations, assist with VIP relations and coordinate with event teams across different venues in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Good spoken English and interpersonal communication skills.
• Friendly, confident and professional personality.
• Good grooming and professional presentation.
• Ability to interact comfortably with guests and corporate clients.
• Willingness to work at different event venues across Dubai.
• Arabic or additional language skills are an advantage but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet and assist guests at events and functions.
• Manage guest registration, check-in and reception counters.
• Guide guests to designated seating areas, meeting rooms and event locations.
• Assist with VIP guest relations and corporate hospitality.
• Support event organisers with scheduling, coordination and guest management.
• Assist with conferences, exhibitions, weddings, corporate dinners and private celebrations.
• Provide information and assistance to attendees during events.
• Support brand promotions, product launches and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with event managers, hospitality teams and venue staff.
• Maintain professional appearance, punctuality and excellent customer service.
