• Flexible to work across multiple locations and project schedules including extended shifts when required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage fabrication construction activities according to project specifications.
• Coordinate with project management and engineering teams to align resource requirements.
• Implement and enforce comprehensive HSE protocols.
• Ensure quality control compliance throughout construction and fabrication processes.
• Optimize workforce scheduling to achieve project delivery targets.
• Supervise subcontractors and vendors to ensure high-performance execution.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular progress reports.
• Develop short-term and four-week activity planning to improve productivity.
• Lead implementation and compliance of all McDermott policies.
• Monitor completion of required training and support development of construction personnel.
• Promote teamwork and operational excellence across the site workforce.
