Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
Engage with guests, recommend drinks, and create a welcoming bar atmosphere.
Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service.
Assistin developing new cocktails and beverage menus.
Work closely with the Bar Manager and service team to ensure smooth operations.
Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume bar or restaurant.
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beer.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Knowledge of bar equipment and safety regulations.
