Job summary

GEMS Education UAE is seeking a Deputy Headteacher for its Dubai campus to drive academic leadership across Primary and Secondary sections. You will work with the Principal to maintain high standards, lead teaching staff, and oversee budgets and resources in a dynamic, on-site environment.

Applicants should hold a B.Ed./PGCE/PGDE or equivalent, have a minimum of 3 years of leadership experience, and possess deep knowledge of the National Curriculum for England while aligning with UAE priorities

Qualifications

• Fully certified teacher with a Bachelor of Education or equivalent (e.g., PGCE/PGDE).
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a Primary/Secondary setting.
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum for England and UAE alignment.
