Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support and deputise for the Head of Primary in leading school operations and academic performance.
• Promote safeguarding, student wellbeing, and child protection across the primary school.
• Contribute to school improvement planning, strategic direction, and self‑evaluation processes.
• Lead and develop teaching staff through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Monitor student progress, staff performance, and overall school effectiveness.
