Qualifications

• Lead investment activities for data centre projects in Dubai, covering opportunity identification, evaluation, structuring, and execution of investments.
• Conduct financial modelling, feasibility studies, valuation and investment return analysis for data centre assets.
• Coordinate with developers, operators, investors, lenders, and consultants throughout transaction structuring and execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with data centre developers, operators, investors, lenders, and consultants.
• Support due diligence across commercial, financial, technical, legal, regulatory, and operational aspects.
• Prepare investment proposals, board materials, and risk assessments with clear recommendations.
• Monitor market trends, data centre demand, and investment opportunities in the UAE and GCC.
• Identify potential joint ventures, acquisitions, and partnerships to expand the portfolio.
• Track portfolio performance, investment returns, milestones, and risks, advising on value-maximising strategies.
