Job summary

Dubai Hospitality Group in Dubai seeks an experienced Credit Manager – Finance & Accounts to oversee credit management, minimize risk, and ensure timely collections. You will develop policies, monitor customer accounts, and collaborate with internal teams to sustain healthy cash flow.

The role requires 5+ years in credit management within hospitality or related sectors, ERP experience, and strong analytical skills. UAE financial practices familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration or related.
• Professional qualifications such as CA/ACCA/CPA/CMA/CIMA are advantageous.
• Strong understanding of credit management, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage credit control processes and ensure compliance with policies.
• Evaluate credit applications and set appropriate credit limits.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
• Prepare reports on balances, aging analysis, bad debts, and collections.
• Coordinate with sales, finance and operations to resolve billing issues.
• Review payment history and recommend credit actions.
• Maintain accurate records and support month-end closing.
• Assist in audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
