Job summary

Rentokil Initial Group in Dubai seeks a Credit Controller to manage overdue payments, monitor accounts receivable, and reconcile balances. You will coordinate with Sales, Customer Service and Finance to resolve disputes and maintain detailed records of collection activity.

The ideal candidate has UAE credit control or accounts receivable experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. Must handle high volume accounts and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in credit control, collections, or accounts receivable, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Good knowledge of account reconciliation and receivables reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP systems.
• Ability to manage a high volume of accounts while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers to collect overdue payments and meet collection targets.
• Monitor accounts receivable and aging reports, prioritizing overdue and high-risk accounts.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to resolve invoice disputes and payment delays.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities, payment commitments, and customer correspondence.
• Review customer credit exposure and upscale overdue accounts in line with company procedures.
• Prepare collection forecasts and regular reports on outstanding balances.
• Support payment arrangements within approved limits and follow up on agreed commitments.
