Job summary

David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a leading financial services company to appoint a Dubai-based Country Manager. This full-time role is remote within Dubai, offering strategic autonomy to drive regional growth and oversee a growing business development team.

You will design local strategies, build partner networks, manage CRM data, and report performance to regional leadership. Fluency in Arabic and English is required, with an incumbent who can lead cross-functional initiatives and

Qualifications

• Arabic language proficiency (C1) with strong writing and speaking skills.
• English proficiency (B2) for cross-border collaboration.
• 610 years of experience in business development, partnerships or sales; preferably in digital finance.
• Proven track record with partners, affiliates or commercial networks in regional markets.
• Strong leadership experience managing small to mid-sized commercial teams.
• Analytical, results-driven with expertise in performance metrics and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement business development strategies tailored to the local market.
• Identify growth opportunities and adapt the value proposition to partners.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Marketing to create localized promotions.
• Recruit, train and manage a business development team with clear objectives.
• Oversee team performance using CRM systems and coaching sessions.
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
• Implement acquisition, activation, retention and referral programs.
• Take ownership of revenue growth, client acquisition and retention metrics.
• Ensure accurate CRM data management and prepare performance reports.
• Provide regular updates on risks and forecasts to regional leadership.
