Job summary

Currie & Brown in Dubai is seeking an Associate (Cost Management) to join our team. You will provide pre and post contract cost management advice, lead a team, and deliver assignments with professionalism.

Qualifications

• BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• MRICS membership is preferred.
• Experience delivering technically within a global construction consultancy.
• Middle East experience is preferred.
• Strong report writing and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre and post contract cost management advice.
• Lead a team and drive continuous development.
• Deliver assignments competently and professionally.
• Manage resources, cost and time to protect margins.
• Provide regular feedback to the director on commissions under your management.
• Represent Currie & Brown with clients, building strong working relationships.
