Job summary

GLG Dubai is seeking an Associate to support the PSF business in EMEA from Dubai. The role is fast-paced and expert-facing, coordinating with client teams to fulfill client needs and deliver end-to-end calls with Network Members.

You will complete a comprehensive training program and receive daily coaching to develop leadership and business skills. As experience progresses, Associates typically advance to Senior Associate roles with client-facing responsibilities, relationship-building, and

Responsibilities

Supporting team members on client projects and Network Member engagement.
Recruiting new experts to GLG's insight network via lead generation and outreach (phone, email).
Build understanding of client strategies, industries, and value chains to identify best experts for projects.
Schedule and confirm calls between clients and Network Members, including new recruits.
Engage with Network Members to gauge fit for client projects.
Collaborate with cross-regional teams to expand projects and recruitment scope.
Learn and uphold GLG's compliance policies for client engagements.
