Job summary

Astra Promed in Dubai seeks a Consultant Breast Surgeon to join its multidisciplinary surgical team. You will diagnose, plan and perform breast surgeries, participate in MDT discussions, and ensure high-quality patient-centered care in a leading healthcare facility.

Ideal candidates hold MBBS with advanced subspecialty training in Breast Surgery, DHA license preferred, and proven experience in breast cancer surgery and complex reconstructions. Join a modern facility with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Medical degree and specialist training in breast surgery.
• Experience in breast cancer surgery and multidisciplinary care.
• DHA license or eligibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage breast diseases with comprehensive assessments.
• Perform lumpectomy, mastectomy, and breast-conserving surgeries.
• Conduct sentinel node biopsies and axillary procedures as indicated.
• Create individualized surgical plans with multidisciplinary input.
• Collaborate with oncologists, radiologists, pathologists and reconstructive surgeons.
• Participate in breast cancer MDT meetings and planning.
• Provide preop assessments, postop care, and long-term follow-up.
