Job summary

Phoenician Technical Services in Dubai is seeking an experienced Construction Manager for full-time joining immediately. The role involves overseeing projects from planning to completion, developing schedules, estimating costs, and ensuring safety and quality on-site and off-site.

You will coordinate with contractors, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

University Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Landscaping field experience.
Minimum 2 to 4 years of UAE experience.
Professional certification, such as CCM, AC, or CPC.
A team player with proven ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Oversee construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring delivery within approved schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Review project requirements, develop work schedules, and estimate costs.
Supervise on-site and off-site construction activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
Coordinate and manage general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
Monitor daily progress and prepare internal and external project status reports.
Coordinate with engineers, architects, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
Manage materials, equipment, inventory, and resource allocation.
Identify potential project risks, resolve site issues, and implement preventive measures.
Review contractual requirements, negotiate agreements, and coordinate necessary permits and licenses.
Ensure compliance with applicable legal, safety, and construction requirements.
