Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in business development, sales, or a related field, ideally within the construction or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Deep understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other business tools; familiarity with project management and industry-specific software is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand Ventures Onsite's market presence and develop strategies to target potential clients and partners.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas to guide business development efforts.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and drive growth, including persuasive presentations and proposals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service to support business development efforts.
• Reporting: Track and report on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends for senior management.
