Combuzz HR Solutions in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a full-time Construction Contracts Administrator to review, administer, and manage contracts across the project lifecycle, ensuring contractual compliance and risk mitigation.

The role reports to the Project Manager/Contracts Manager within the Construction & Infrastructure sector, handling notices, variations, and EOT, while coordinating with legal advisors on disputes and compliance matters. AED 10,000–14,000 monthly with benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in law or construction-related field.
• 3–7 years in contract administration/management in construction.
• Experience with FIDIC, NEC, JCT, or bespoke contracts.
• Knowledge of contract law and construction contracts.

Responsibilities

• Review, administer, and manage contracts across the project lifecycle.
• Monitor milestones, payment schedules, and deliverables.
• Handle notices, claims, variations, and EOT processes.
• Evaluate subcontractor claims and assist in close-outs.
• Coordinate with legal advisors on disputes and compliance.
