Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of relevant project management experience.
• Proven experience managing community development projects in Dubai.
• Prior experience in a PMC role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects ensuring on-time and budget delivery.
• Act as representative during project execution.
• Negotiate client scope changes and secure additional work.
• Develop and distribute clear project objectives.
• Monitor and report project progress and risks.
