Job summary

Precision Group in Dubai invites an experienced CNC Programmer to join our tooling division. You will design and post CNC programs for 3- and 5-axis machines, aiming for high precision in dies and mould tooling.

The role requires a diploma or equivalent in engineering, hands-on CNC programming experience (3+ years) and proficiency with CAD/CAM tools such as AutoCAD, Pro-E, Mastercam or Unigraphics. You will work closely with design and production teams to meet tight tolerances.

Qualifications

Diploma in Engineering / ITI / Machinist
CNC Programming experience, preferably in Die/Mould making
CAD/CAM software: AutoCAD, Pro-E, Mastercam, Unigraphics
Experience in 5 Axis CNC machines, preferably DMG
In-depth understanding of G-codes

Responsibilities

Coordinate with Design department to create, post and transfer CNC programs.
Ensure efficient operation of the defined work center by optimal tool usage.
Write instruction sheets and tool lists for machine operators.
Observe trials or simulations to ensure programs will meet specs.
Detect malfunctions and report to Supervisor; coordinate with planning for utilization.
Provide technical support to CNC operators throughout production.
Contribute to root-cause analysis for tool qualification improvements.
Maintain documentation of work and ensure accessibility.
Train operators per SOP and adhere to safety and housekeeping rules.
