NPSM Specialized Cleaning Services LLC in Dubai is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead site operations and the office team. You will supervise 50–100 cleaners, coordinate rosters, monitor quality, and drive client satisfaction across post-construction and daily cleaning services.

You will also manage the Office staff (Coordinator, HR/Admin, PRO, Storekeeper), review attendance, invoices, and reports, and lead weekly meetings with the team.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience as an Operations Manager in a UAE cleaning or facilities management company.
• Proven experience managing both site staff and office staff.
• Strong leadership and Microsoft Excel skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence — mandatory.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee site operations with cleaners, deployments, rosters, relievers and transport.
• Supervise the Office Staff (Coordinator, HR/Admin, PRO, Storekeeper) and assign daily tasks.
• Submit daily operations reports and monthly client service reports; monitor stock and equipment maintenance.
