YP Club seeks a Dubai City Lead to run and scale our operations in the city, reporting directly to the founder. You will own the member experience, deciding who gets into the room and how it is delivered, with autonomy to shape the city template for future expansion.

Qualifications

• Has owned a P&L or run a business unit with accountable numbers.
• Experienced in holding and closing memberships with SOP adherence.
• Capable of autonomous, proactive planning rather than executing others' plans.
• Understands the founder journey and mindset from personal experience.
• Confident in public speaking and leading a room of founders.
• Skilled in delivering high-touch service to high net worth individuals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Dubai city end-to-end and report directly to the founder.
• Autonomously design and implement member experiences in-room and online.
• Build relationships with founders, delivering high-value service.
• Manage multiple workstreams without sacrificing quality.
