Job summary

Justlife Home Services seeks an Engineering Lead to represent Engineering in our Dubai office and own the backend team. You will lead backend and mobile developers, PMs, and QAs, owning roadmap execution and technical quality while driving AI initiatives.

You’ll join a growth-focused GCC-scale company with an established leadership team and a hands-on coding role, ensuring delivery credibility and high-quality software across the stack.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Java and Spring Boot with MVC experience.
• Experience with microservices, RESTful services, and databases.
• Hands-on, with CI/CD and containerization; AWS knowledge.
• Proven track record leading delivery and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Build out the Dubai delivery team and structure.
• Own roadmap execution and timely releases.
• Raise technical quality across backend architecture.
• Develop engineers through coaching and feedback.
• Be the engineering voice in cross-department discussions.
• Drive AI initiatives within the Dubai team.
