The role demands executive presence, hands‑on credibility, and the ability to translate risk into decisive actions across multiple business units.

You will lead governance, incident response, cloud security, and third‑party risk, driving security maturity and resilience across the organization while reporting to the executive

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CISO/Head of Information Security in a complex multi-entity environment.
• Strong governance, risk, compliance and security engineering knowledge.
• Experience building or maturing capabilities across SOC, IR, IAM, cloud security and third‑party risk.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver a group-wide cybersecurity strategy aligned to business priorities.
• Lead governance, policies, standards and security architecture across diverse entities.
• Drive cyber risk management with measurable outcomes and remediation actions.
• Oversee security tooling and capability with an ROI focus across SOC, SIEM, EDR, IAM and DLP.
• Partner with technology and business leaders to enable secure transformation.
