The mission

As CISO, you will own the enterprise security strategy end-to-end—setting direction, building capability, and ensuring security becomes a competitive advantage across the group.

You’ll be trusted to:

• Design and deliver a group-wide cybersecurity strategy and operating model aligned to business priorities
• Establish strong governance, policies, standards, and security architecture across diverse entities
• Lead cyber risk management: identify, quantify, prioritise, and drive remediation with measurable outcomes
• Build and mature incident response, crisis management, and cyber resilience (including tabletop exercises and executive readiness)
• Strengthen third-party / supply chain security across vendors, partners, and outsourced services
• Oversee security tooling and capability (SOC, SIEM, EDR, IAM, DLP, vulnerability management, cloud security) with a pragmatic ROI lens
• Partner with technology and business leaders to enable secure transformation—cloud, apps, data, and enterprise platforms
• Drive security awareness and culture so that security becomes “how we operate,” not “what we avoid”
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing security team (internal + managed partners)

The person we’re looking for

You’re a senior security leader who blends executive presence with hands‑on credibility. You can zoom out to strategy and zoom in when the situation demands it. You’re calm under pressure, commercially aware, and respected by both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Ideally you bring:

• Proven experience as a CISO / Head of Information Security / Director of Cybersecurity in a complex, multi-entity environment
• Strong command of security governance, risk, compliance, and security engineering
• Experience building or maturing capabilities across SOC, IR, IAM, cloud security, vulnerability management, and third-party risk
• Confidence engaging with boards/executives and delivering clear, decision-ready reporting
• Familiarity with relevant frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls)
• Strong stakeholder management—able to influence without creating friction
• Based in Dubai (or ready to relocate), with regional experience a plus
