Job summary

Esco-Bar Dubai is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie (CDP) to lead a section of our kitchen as we expand our operations. You’ll deliver high-quality dishes, manage your section’s prep, plating, and hygiene standards, and guide Commis Chefs to build a strong kitchen team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as a CDP in Dubai restaurant/bar kitchen.
• Strong culinary skills with knowledge of relevant cuisine(s).
• Food safety/hygiene certification (HACCP or equivalent preferred).
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak service.

Responsibilities

• Manage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring consistent food quality
• Prepare dishes according to recipes, portioning, and plating standards
• Supervise Commis Chefs within the section and guide their development
• Maintain hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness standards
• Manage stock levels and minimize wastage within the section
