Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or equivalent role in a high-quality restaurant.

• Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and kitchen sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage a specific kitchen section, preparing and cooking dishes to established standards.
• Coordinate mise en place and monitor stock levels for your section.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards throughout service.
• Support smooth service during busy periods and collaborate with Sous/Head Chef on menu execution.
• Help train junior team members and contribute to kitchen efficiency improvements.
