The role requires several years in higher education or hotel/event management, leadership experience, strong English, and adept project coordination. English language skills are essential; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Completed professional training with several years of experience in higher education or hotel/event management.
• Several years of coordination, event and project management experience.
• At least 3 years of leadership and team-building experience.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the Dubai campus operations and administration services.
• Manage KHDA permits portal and visa processes for staff and students.
• Serve as the first contact for students, lecturers, and staff on campus.
• Lead daily service functions and maintain high service quality.
• Coordinate campus events and manage external partners.
• Plan space utilization and rental management.
• Negotiate contracts with external providers and monitor IT/licenses.
• Support strategic development with the director of student services.
• Foster collaboration between locations and GUS institutions abroad.
