Job summary

Bestax Chartered Accountants in Dubai is seeking a Female Customer Service Representative with 1-2 years of sales and business development experience to join our team. You will help win new clients and support premium consulting for business setup and related services.

Responsibilities include converting leads, meeting clients, educating on offerings and UAE laws, coordinating with internal teams and authorities, and upselling to deliver added value. English proficiency required.

Qualifications

1–2 years of sales and business development experience.
Proactive, confident, quick-thinking, and a go-getter with a track record of generating business.
Presentable with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
High attention to detail and ability to manage documents and databases.
