Qualifications

• Experience at VP/CCO/Commercial Director level or equivalent.
• Proven track record of profitable growth in large, multi-market organisations.
• Ownership of revenue, margin, and P&L performance.
• Ability to lead across sales, marketing, pricing, channels, and customer strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy aligned with growth ambitions.
• Lead planning across sales, marketing, pricing, channels and customer development.
• Identify opportunities to accelerate organic growth and strengthen market position.
• Drive consistency across commercial operations, forecasting and performance management.
• Strengthen pricing architecture, margin management and governance.
• Improve routes to market and optimise direct, distributor, project and key-account channels.
• Lead CRM evolution and data-led decision-making for commercial insight.
• Build and nurture strategic relationships with major customers and partners.
• Collaborate with senior operational leaders to align ambition with delivery capability.
• Lead organisational transformation and develop a high-performing leadership team.
