Namaa is actively seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Dubai team. You will own end-to-end, high-volume recruitment across corporate and commercial roles, collaborating with hiring managers to deliver top candidates efficiently.

You will manage a large backlog of vacancies, build robust pipelines via direct sourcing and referrals, and guide candidates from first contact to offer while coordinating with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced growth environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven end-to-end recruitment experience including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and closing.
• Experience managing a high volume of vacancies simultaneously (ideally 15+ active roles).
• Experience recruiting across corporate functions and sales/commercial positions.
• Strong direct sourcing and candidate pipeline-building experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across junior to mid-level positions, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closing.
• Handle a high volume of vacancies simultaneously and prioritise across multiple hiring processes.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines via direct sourcing, networking, referrals and other channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide market insights.
• Screen and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit; manage interview processes and candidate experience.
• Lead offer discussions, negotiate within compensation frameworks, and close candidates.
• Recruit across corporate and commercial functions including sales and construction.
• Maintain recruitment data, reporting and pipeline updates for visibility.
• Ensure documentation is completed before onboarding.
• Support the wider recruitment team with sourcing and hiring projects.
